LINDISFARNE ANGLICAN GRAMMAR SCHOOL

Our favorite designs always come when a great story is portrayed on the garments. These shirts, designed in collaboration with Lindisfarne Anglican Grammar School for their annual Kokoda Challenge walk portrays the deep connection between the trail in Papa New Guinea and the school. Representing the local tribespeople affectionately nicknamed "angles" for their invaluable knowledge and the aid they provided to Australian Army, we have featured the national bird of Papua New Guinea, the Raggiana bird-of-paradise, with an angelic halo above it's head. Other features are the soldiers marching uphill across the chest. A representation of the struggle and sacrifice that these men had to endure in order to keep Australia safe. We can't wait to see them on the students when they undertake the Challenge later in the year.
